A BPO service delivers initial responses to inquiries on behalf of client companies.
The company has 30 staff members dedicated to handling client email inquiries. However, their prioritization of urgent emails leads to delays in responding to less critical inquiries. Consequently, a more efficient process is necessary to improve overall customer response times.
2. Solution: Reduce work time by generating drafts using AI
To reduce response times, an AI Agent Task was implemented to automatically generate draft replies upon receiving inquiry emails. Using predefined prompts, the AI creates these drafts, enabling staff to efficiently formulate their responses by using them as a basis.
Response creation time has been reduced and average response time has improved.
