What is the difference between the Monthly Plan and the Annual Plan?
The main differences are the billing frequency and billing structure.
The Annual Plan is 20% less expensive than the Monthly Plan.

Under the Monthly Plan, how am I billed if users are added or removed during the month?
The number of registered users is recorded daily. The monthly average is then calculated and used as the billable user count.
If users are added or removed during the month, those changes are automatically reflected, and billing is calculated accurately based on actual usage.
Example:
10 days: 5 users
20 days: 7 users
Monthly average user count = approximately 6.33 users (rounded to the nearest whole number)
Billing is based on usage across the entire month, not the number of users at the end of the month.
However, a minimum of 5 users is always billed. Even if fewer than 5 users are registered, billing will be calculated as 5 users.
The number of users/seats shown on the pricing page differs from my invoice amount.
All listed prices are shown before tax.
Applicable indirect taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, will be added based on your location.
If reverse charge applies, taxes will not be added.
