1. Issue: Generative AI carries a risk of producing inaccurate responses

A BPO service provides initial responses to inquiries on behalf of client companies. Staff members create replies based on AI-generated draft answers, but these sometimes contain errors that staff members fail to notice before sending them to clients. Consequently, clients complain about receiving incorrect answers approximately once per week.
