Q. What kind of work are you using Questetra for?
We, Tricorn Corporation, provide enterprise oriented cloud based CRM service.
Services, including “KREISEL” (http://kreisel.biz/), and “LOOPASS”, (http://www.loopass.net/) an ASP tool dedicated to LINE Business Connect, and “Autobahn for Appexchange”, (http://apex.tricorn.net/) a Salesforce coordinated email delivery application, etc. are utilized by many government agencies, financial institutions and listed companies.
We introduced Questetra for implementation of internal control, and to improve operational efficiency.
Starting with various Request applications to be used by all employees, such as Leave request and Decision-making request, now, we are using it for User support work. Now, about three months after introduction, approximately 40 Business Processes are in operation.
Q. Is there any your ingenuity?
We have devised automatic Splitting, and cooperating with other services such as Chatwork.
Request for approval, for example. there are various types of request for approval. We determine the approval route automatically by Split conditions using the “request type” and “amount of money” to be input in the requesting Step so that it conforms to the internal regulations.
Also, after approval, we share information by connecting Questetra with Chatwork, which is adopted as a standard communication tool inside the company.
For example, when procurement request such as “I want to purchase something” was approved, that information was shared in Chatwork, and effective use of purchased items was promoted in the company.
In addition to Chatwork, we have realized such as, registering the ledger to kintone and reuse the data after registration, or using Twilio to simultaneous notification of voice to smartphone (which is lend to all employees). Regarding Throwing Messages Intermediate Event, etc. We use often for linking with other services since they are easy to implement.
Q. How did you develop the workflow at the time of introduction?
We put the current rule into Questetra solemnly.
Since “Who, What, in what order a work to be carried out” is stated in internal regulations and documents, we were able to design Business Processes relatively easily.
In addition, the designing of the Business Processes was performed by the work improvement project team which members were from across departments.
Within the team, we reviewed the designed Business Processes from the viewpoint of consistency with internal regulations and information sharing to stakeholders in the company, and then released them.
Q. Please tell me if you have anything to expect to Questetra
Immediately after the release, there was confusion concerned with the manipulation method inside the company, but the inquiries converged in about a month.
In the future, we plan to expand utilization of Questetra for operations of user support and development department. And there are also opinions that they want to use Questetra in their own section.
In that mean, we are expecting you to improve search-ability of manuals, and to inform methods for labor saving of form input.
