Recommendation for Automation – Adding Row Data to Google Spreadsheets

Introducing a way to automate inquiry response work by using an item that automates the addition of rows to a Google Spreadsheet. After responding to an inquiry, the date of receipt and category of the inquiry will be automatically added to the spreadsheet. Pivot tables can be used in the spreadsheet for real-time aggregation.

By visualising the flow of enquiries across multiple organisations, we were able to improve operational efficiency. In addition, the system enables efficient history management and responses to requests for improvement which were required before the system was put into operation.
