Questetra BPM Suite is a Workflow platform that is capable of developing and operating various Workflow systems in the company.

App designers (App manager) can develop Workflow Apps in No-code. Workers make confirmation on the tasks allocated to them in a list (My Tasks) and register their outputs respectively.

Daily issues flow according to each Business Flow Diagram. When an Issue reaches to a Human Step, the specified user is required to input. Also, when an Issue reaches an automatic processing Step (e.g. PDF generation, Google Drive storage, etc.), it is handled automatically on the server side. In addition, it is possible to automate the Starting of Workflows. For example, Workflows triggered by events such as a fixed timer, email reception, and Webhook reception can also be constructed without coding.

If you want to try modeling business processes (developing Workflow Apps), get the App Creator authority from users who have System Administrator authority in advance. The initial system administrator is only one person who has opened a SaaS account (who has made Free registration). It is desirable to have multiple system administrator in case of unforeseen situations.
