Rapid Response to the Query or Demonstration Request

Q. What kind of Business do you use Questetra for?

We iTicket Corporation, are vending “iTicket”, the booking system for clinics.

Patients of a clinic which has implemented “iTicket” system can make their booking after confirming “current situation of Wait” (congestion) with their computer or Smartphone. “iTicket” has a feature of “Not Yet? Screen” in which patients of the clinic can see ‘how many people before you’ and ‘approximate time’. It will reduce patient’s ‘stress of waiting’ because patients can wait comfortably at their own house or other places. Also there are other effects such as ‘moderating congestion of the waiting room’ or ‘reducing hospital-acquired infection risks’. More than 1200 clinics mainly Pediatric and Otolaryngology, have introduced our system ever.

We use Questetra for office operations associated with “iTicket” the booking system, those are, processing of ‘Application for Service’, and response recording on ‘Demonstration Request’, and progress management on survey-answer process that started by ‘Query’, and so on.


Q. Did you design Business flow inside your company?

We already have a well-established culture of creating Business flow, prior to the introduction of Questetra (2010). We were creating Business flow using the drawing software such as Visio. For creating a Business flow, I think we were able to become proficient in Questetra very quickly because the operation is intuitive.

There was no major trouble throughout creating “Business Process Definition” with setting ‘Business data’ and ‘Split condition expression’.

Q. Were you able to ‘expand’ the use of Questetra?

On the “iTicket”, as well as “current situation of Wait” shown on the large monitor screen in a clinic, it also displays the information such as medical information and the office closing information which is helpful for the patients in waiting room.

So we use Questetra for Production Management of video contents.

Speaking in the case of ‘Doctor’s Contents’ which is a direct interview with the doctor of the clinic for example, we do various operations such as interview, editing, Distribution setting Distribution report and Distribution performance report on Questetra. Even though we produce videos quite often, I feel it has eliminated mistakes and leakages and inter-departmental communication has become very smooth.

Besides, we often create planning of service for relationship of the patients and the doctors, we manage the flow of the service using Questetra, and it became our custom to record performance data.


Q. Which is your favorite feature of Questetra?

Soon after we introduced Questetra, the concept of “Role” appeared. We really appreciate it and use it frequently.

Especially in carrying out a new project, instead of thinking in a fixed manner such as ‘a task of A department’ or ‘a job of Mr. B’, the flexible grouping concept like ‘C Role’ is very convenient. This concept of Role is very useful because we sometimes transfer the business itself to another team in iTICKET Corporation actually.
